With late planting of corn, a cool summer, and a record wet fall; many crop and livestock producers are faced with questions and concerns with corn over 25 to 30 percent moisture, presence of yeast, molds, and mycotoxins; and alternatives to handle wet corn grain. These fast pace webinars will discuss several key concerns and questions outlined below.

Status of wet molds and mycotoxin formation

No charge for either program is required with a similar program format and updates at each webinar. If a third webinar is needed based on field and harvest conditions, it will be schedule for mid-December. The webinar will be coordinated by Dr. Mike Hutjens, Extension Dairy Specialist, along with specialists from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and industry representatives.
